Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly billing?+
Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from Settings. If you switch to Yearly, you'll get 20% off for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens when I run out of designs in my plan?+
You can purchase extra designs at the per-design rate shown on your plan (e.g. $2.90 per design on Plus monthly). Your limit resets each billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel anytime from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges will be made.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro?+
Plus includes construction drawings, shopping lists, CAD files, and community features. Pro includes everything in Plus plus the Design Report and advanced research features.
